What is the difference between a good teacher and a great teacher?
It's pretty to easy to identify the difference between a substandard teacher and a good teacher. As a lifelong learner, we as teachers don't want to be merely good, we want to be great. We strive for excellence! But, what does it take to reach this? I'm always looking for articles or books about this topic. Here's my latest discovery.

My Second Sense
I really agree with this statement and how it relates to teaching: three traits in particular make that doctor—and the others at his hospital—great at what he does: diligence, recognition of failure, and attention to detail.
